Why do you need insurance? Because the unexpected sometimes happens. If you need medical treatment, it can pay for private healthcare, and replace some of your income if you can’t work. If you die, insurance can pay a lump sum or an income to the family you leave behind.
Since 1992 we’ve been advising clients on:
- life insurance and life assurance
- critical illness cover
- income protection insurance
- family income benefit
- Pensions

A big thank you to Jones Hill. I have found your site very useful and appreciate your professional honest service. I can recommend you. Also I want to say thank you for the warnings posted on your site about Yardstick marketing. Be warned the following companies appear to be linked and personally I would avoid them; "Pension Matters Associates Ltd" get "YardStick Marketing" to get a pension valuation done for you, then they have "QuickDox" go to your home to get a copy of your passport and get you to sign 15 pages authorizing the transfer of your pension to "Advalorem Value Asset Fund", part of their "Green Church Pension Scheme" which is part of company called "5G" and so the fiddle continues..... Be Warned!!!! I also came across this; Make your own mind up: http://www.boiler-rooms.org/yardstick-marketing/ By the way there is no link between Jones Hill and the above. I am grateful to Jones Hill that it was brought to my attention via this site. Thank you again!! SJ

AndyI've recently been debating whether to transfer one of my pensions. I would have needed any decision to be signed off by an Independent Financial Advisor, and I found this firm through 'Vouched For'. My sensible head said leave the pension where it is, my heart said woohoo-let's spend it! I gave the details and some background information to Brian Hill and asked for his opinion. He set out the options dependent on different circumstances and the charges that may be involved should I go down that route. In the end my sensible head agreed that it's best to leave it as it is, so no mad spending spree for me. The information I received from Brian helped clarify my thoughts, and the best thing is it didn't cost me anything. Thank you very much.
I recommend Jones Hill very highly indeed. They are extremely professional, know their stuff, and give excellent advice based on current market conditions. They will advise a course of action which is in the best interests of the client, regardless of whether they themselves will benefit from it. Consulting them has saved us a huge amount of time and hassle.
